Covestro's Bayfill® polyurethane semi-rigid filled foam for dashboard applications has low VOC content and low odor performance. At the same time, the foam also has high fluidity and shorter demolding time, which can significantly improve production efficiency.

Covestro's Baynat® polyurethane rigid foam used in car roofs can reduce the VOC concentration and odor in the car, while also having noise absorption, high load-bearing and anti-breaking properties.

Covestro also launched two innovative noise and vibration (NVH) solutions to bring a quiet and comfortable experience to drivers and passengers. Among them, the filling material of the polyurethane structure reduces the noise and vibration of the void by injecting Bayfit® SA sound-absorbing material into the cavity, thereby reducing the noise in the car.
